This form is ONLY for use by guests Big White Central Reservations staying in our Condominiums and Hotels. Items will only be delivered between the hours of 9.00am to 9.00pm. If you submit your form outside of these hours your requested item will be delivered as soon as possible within the next delivery timeframe.

Please note for emergency issues such as the below:
- Toilet blocked and water flooding room – Please turn off water valve behind the toilet, place towels down.
- Dishwasher flood – Please turn off the water valve under the sink, place towels down.
