Bike Park Opening Day Wednesday, July 1 - Bike Park Tickets on sale June 24.

Incredible high and sub-alpine, lift accessed mountain biking for riders of all levels. Check the trail report for all the latest conditions and weather.

Day Tickets will be available for purchase starting June 24 at the downtown office at 1894 Ambrosi Road, Kelowna (Mon to Fri) and the on mountain Ticket Office (Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun & Holiday Mondays) during regular ticket desk hours.

 
The use of bike area premises and facilities and participation in activities at Big White Ski Resort Ltd. is subject to the conditions set out in the Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the “Release Agreement”).

You must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver before any tickets or passes can be issued. Signing of the waiver must be witnessed by a Big White Ticket Agent at the Ticket Desk in the Village Centre Mall (Thurs to Sun and holiday Mondays) at Big White Ski Resort or at our Downtown office (Mon to Fri, weekends are NOT available) at 1894 Ambrosi Rd, Kelowna, BC V1Y 4R9 (can be done in advance).

If you have purchased a Bike Ticket for this summer, you MUST stop at the ticket office to pick up the ticket and sign a liability waiver.

  • Bike Tickets can be purchased in person or online. Online purchasing is recommended to reduce wait times at the ticket office.
  • If you have purchased a new bike ticket online, you will need to bring your emailed receipt and ID to the ticket office to pick up your ticket.
  • You MUST complete a Release of Liability Waiver before we will issue your ticket. Anyone 18 years old or younger needs to have a parent or legal guardian present to sign on their behalf.
  • Keep your ticket safe and reload online.

 

Reload Your Lift Ticket

Once you have purchased your first lift ticket and have signed the release of liability waiver, your media can be reloaded online for the rest of the summer allowing you direct access to the lift.

*Please note: in person reloads and replacement tickets for lost or damaged tickets require a new liability waiver to be completed. Anyone 18 years old or younger needs to have a parent or legal guardian present to sign on their behalf. Replacement tickets are subject to the $10 card fee.

Bike Park Age Policy

**Children 5 & under are not permitted in the Bike Park
***Children 6-12 are required to be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian (19yrs or older) when riding in the Bike Park.
****Children 13-15 are strongly recommended to be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian (19yrs or older) when riding in the Bike Park.

REFUND POLICY, TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please Read Carefully
All pass holders must be aware of and comply with the Terms & Conditions.

All Big White Ski Resort lift tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

By using your season pass or lift ticket, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:

  • Season passes and lift tickets remain the property of Big White Ski Resort Ltd and may be revoked for misuse and/or breach of terms.
  • Passes and tickets are for personal use only. They are not transferable and cannot be resold (including on any online platforms such as Facebook groups) and are to be used within the season they are purchased for.
  • Season passes are not valid until paid in full.
  • Refund requests must be submitted by email no later than the last day of the season they are purchased for. Requests after this date will not be accepted.
  • Season passes and Lift tickets will be voided immediately and permanently if someone else is caught using your pass or card whether you are aware of the misuse or not.
  • You are liable for any misuse while the Pass or Card is not in your possession unless you have already reported your pass lost/stolen prior to the misuse. Remember passes are valuable so please keep them in a safe place at all times.
  • A fine will apply if anyone other than the passholder is caught using your pass. The minimum fine amount is $250 plus the cost of a full day lift ticket at window rates.
  • You are responsible for reporting if your pass or card gets lost, stolen or damaged immediately. For replacements, you will be charged a $25 reprint fee (upon presentation of a valid government issued photo ID).
  • Respect the Mountain. Respect Others. Respect Yourself. Failure to obey this rule will result in removal from the mountain and suspension of pass privileges. Offensive or threatening behavior towards other guests or staff will not be tolerated.
  • You must abide by the Mountain Biker’s Responsibility Code at all times. Breaching the Mountain Biker’s Responsibility Code will result in temporary or permanent loss of pass privileges and resort access.
  • Big White Ski Resort may change the opening and closing dates of the mountain and of the season without warning.
  • Season pass age category is based on age at time of purchase. Day ticket age category is based on age on date of lift ticket.
  • To be eligible for Club65 pricing you must be 65 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
  • All prices are quoted per person.
  • Rates are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes will be added to all prices.
  • All pricing advertised are inclusive of any applicable discounts.
  • Dates and prices may be subject to change without notice.
  • Some restrictions may apply.
  • We do not guarantee weather conditions, trail conditions, open terrain or number of lifts operating.
  • Big White Ski Resort reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to amend the terms and conditions of Season Passes and Lift Tickets.
Big White Ski Resort Ltd.’s interpretation of the above conditions is final.
