Bike Big White’s 3-Day Dirt Pass will go on sale June 24.

Ride any 3 days unrestricted, Dirt Pass is flexible – use it for any three days of Summer 2026
Dirt Pass is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

If you have purchased a Bike Pass for this Summer, just a reminder that you MUST stop at the ticket office first and have your pass activated:

  • If you have a Winter or Summer pass from last season, bring it with you and we will activate it for you to use this Summer.
  • For those of you who reloaded your 25-26 Winter Pass and purchased a Bike Pass at the same time, this does not mean your Bike Pass will automatically reload as well. You still need to have your Bike Pass activated, bring last seasons Winter Pass with you and we will activate it for you to use this summer.
  • If this is your first purchase, we will take your photo and print a new pass for you. Remember, don’t throw it out at the end of the season, you can use it again next year!
  • You MUST complete a Release of Liability Waiver before we activate your pass, anyone 18 years old or younger needs to have a parent or Legal Guardian sign on your behalf.

Reload Your Lift Ticket

New this year, once you purchase your first day lift ticket and sign the waiver on mountain your media can be reloaded online for the rest of the summer season allowing you access direct to lift.

Bike Park Age Policy

**Children 5 & under are not permitted in the Bike Park
***Children 6-12 are required to be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian (19yrs or older) when riding in the Bike Park.
****Children 13-15 are strongly recommended to be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian (19yrs or older) when riding in the Bike Park.

REFUND POLICY, TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please Read Carefully
All pass holders must be aware of and comply with the Terms & Conditions.

All Big White Ski Resort lift tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

By using your season pass or lift ticket, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:

  • Season passes and lift tickets remain the property of Big White Ski Resort Ltd and may be revoked for misuse and/or breach of terms.
  • Passes and tickets are for personal use only. They are not transferable and cannot be resold (including on any online platforms such as Facebook groups) and are to be used within the season they are purchased for.
  • Season passes are not valid until paid in full.
  • Refund requests must be submitted by email no later than the last day of the season they are purchased for. Requests after this date will not be accepted.
  • Season passes and Lift tickets will be voided immediately and permanently if someone else is caught using your pass or card whether you are aware of the misuse or not.
  • You are liable for any misuse while the Pass or Card is not in your possession unless you have already reported your pass lost/stolen prior to the misuse. Remember passes are valuable so please keep them in a safe place at all times.
  • A fine will apply if anyone other than the passholder is caught using your pass. The minimum fine amount is $250 plus the cost of a full day lift ticket at window rates.
  • You are responsible for reporting if your pass or card gets lost, stolen or damaged immediately. For replacements, you will be charged a $25 reprint fee (upon presentation of a valid government issued photo ID).
  • Respect the Mountain. Respect Others. Respect Yourself. Failure to obey this rule will result in removal from the mountain and suspension of pass privileges. Offensive or threatening behavior towards other guests or staff will not be tolerated.
  • You must abide by the Mountain Biker’s Responsibility Code at all times. Breaching the Mountain Biker’s Responsibility Code will result in temporary or permanent loss of pass privileges and resort access.
  • Big White Ski Resort may change the opening and closing dates of the mountain and of the season without warning.
  • Season pass age category is based on age at time of purchase. Day ticket age category is based on age on date of lift ticket.
  • To be eligible for Club65 pricing you must be 65 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
  • All prices are quoted per person.
  • Rates are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes will be added to all prices.
  • All pricing advertised are inclusive of any applicable discounts.
  • Dates and prices may be subject to change without notice.
  • Some restrictions may apply.
  • We do not guarantee weather conditions, trail conditions, open terrain or number of lifts operating.
  • Big White Ski Resort reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to amend the terms and conditions of Season Passes and Lift Tickets.
Big White Ski Resort Ltd.’s interpretation of the above conditions is final.

The use of bike area premises and facilities and participation in activities at Big White Ski Resort Ltd. is subject to the conditions set out in the Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the “Release Agreement”).
