Registration Info
Once you arrive at Big White and have settled into your accommodation, all participants will need to visit registration to collect their credentials and sign an event waiver if they are participating in any of the racing events.
Registration will take place in the conference room at the White Crystal Inn, which is located in the heart of the village, just beyond the Village Center Mall, adjacent to the top of Lara’s Gondola.
Registration is open from 8am – 8pm on Saturday February 29th, Sunday March 1st and Monday March 2nd.

The contemporary, global menu features handcrafted creations like Out of Bounds Burger, a Buttermilk Fried Chicken Thigh Burger, and a daily Chef's Curry Feature. Clocktower Coffee Co.
Located in the center of the Village Center Mall, Clocktower Coffee (or CTC) is Big White’s most convenient ski-in / ski-out one-stop coffee shop. Where you’ll find the best in handcrafted espresso beverages, drip coffees or our famous CTC Hot Chocolate. Along with delicious grab and go breakfast, lunch and irresistible house-made treats. Open from 7:00 am daily.
Globe Cafe & Tapas Bar
Enjoy fast, healthy breakfasts, delicious lunches, come for après ski or linger for the evening with the extensive menu of globally inspired tapas dishes to share with friends.
Gunbarrel Grill
The Gunbarrel Grill serves up great mouth-watering food for the whole family. The ski-chalet-feel rooms provide the perfect setting to relax while enjoying a fantastic family lunch or dinner.
Underground Pizza
Don't feel like cooking? No problem! Underground Pizza, located across the road from Snowshoe Sam's in Trappers Crossing, is your go-to for a cheesy takeaway pizza or casual slice. With over 10 different flavours of pizza on their menu, plus donairs, this relaxed pizza shop is a favourite of locals and guests alike.
The Caf at Happy Valley
Perfect for those days when you just want to hit the slopes, zip down to the Caf for a fast and filling meal. Located at the base of the Gondola, upstairs in the Happy Valley Day Lodge, the Caf features irresistible classic comfort food, inspired vegetarian meals and many satisfying grab-and-go options. Open from 11:00 am daily.
Kettle Valley Steakhouse & Wine Bar
Featuring the finest in locally sourced Okanagan cuisine, perfectly aged, hand-cut beef. Be sure to try our famous 55oz Tomahawk steak, guaranteed not to disappoint! Partnering with Ocean Wise, we also serve only the freshest and most sustainable seafood. Located upstairs in the Happy Valley Day Lodge. Open for dinner at 5:00 pm daily. Reservations are highly recommended.
