66th WASC
Big White is thrilled to be the host resort of the 66th World Airline Ski Championships and we cannot wait to welcome you to our beautiful resort! You are in for a treat with a fantastic week of racing and social events planned.
All attendees must complete the registration form and provide payment to attend the WASC. Once you press ‘submit’ on the registration form, you will be directed to our e-store to complete your payment for a total including tax of $725.31 CAD. Then once you select ‘checkout’, you will be prompted to create an account for our e-store before proceeding to payment. Please make a note of your account details as you should use the same details later to buy your lift passes, once they are available for purchase.
If you require accommodation for your stay, please have 1 person from your team / group also complete the ‘Request Accommodation’ form and one of our Groups Department team members will be in touch with you as soon as possible to help you secure your accommodations.

Transportation to Big White
Kelowna Airport Shuttle – Big White’s Official Airport Shuttle
Let us pick you up! We provide regular door to door shuttle service between Kelowna International Airport and Big White Ski Resort.

All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change. Taxes are 5% GST and subject to change by the Canadian Government.
- Please let us know if tots need a booster or car seat.
- No changes permitted within 7 days of travel.
- Shuttle must be booked by 6:15 PM (PT), 7 days prior to travel (e.g. February 27 arrival → book by February 20 at 6:15 PM).
- Big White Central Reservations may substitute shuttle service with a contracted bus or taxi. Large buses in Canada are not required to have seatbelts and cannot accommodate child or booster seats.
- Last shuttles available to book for the 2026/2027 winter season: April 4, 2027, 1pm from Kelowna International Airport to Big White and 3:15pm from Big White to Kelowna International Airport.
- Pick up and drop off at the Kelowna International Airport only, no other stops are permitted. Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service dogs.
- Guests may transfer from shuttles, large buses, or taxis to our on-mountain vehicle fleet, which is better suited to ski resort conditions, for transportation to and from Mountain Check-In.
- If your flight is delayed, or cancelled and rescheduled and you miss your pre-booked shuttle, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will add you to the next available existing shuttle. Please note at times flights are delayed which may result in the delay of your shuttle as not all guests are arriving on the same flight.
Ground Transportation from Vancouver
For Ground Transportation from Vancouver Airport, you can request a quote from Ebus for a private charter to bring you and your team up to Big White. Submit your request here being sure to include the number of guests requiring transportation. Please note, Big White is not affiliated with Ebus in any way and is not able to assist you with booking these private charters.
Porterage
For all private charters arriving and departing at Big White Ski Resort, we charge a mandatory porterage fee per guest. Porterage is charged at $5 + GST per person, per direction ($10 + GST for a return trip). Bus and Coach charters are not able to travel to the individual properties at Big White due to road narrowing from snow banks and slippery conditions. Guests should be dropped off at Mountain Check-In where our bellmen team will then transport guests and their luggage to their accommodation in smaller resort vehicles.
If you or your team are booking a private charter / bus to Big White, please ensure you email the Big White Groups Department in advance to provide details of your charter so that we can collect payment and schedule our bellmen team accordingly. Please email us at groups@bigwhite.com with your arrival and departure times (to/from Big White Ski Resort), number of guests, accommodation location and contact information so that we can get your arrival and departure scheduled and your porterage booked.
