Big White Central Reservations - Booking and Cancellation Policies
At the time of booking, Big White Central Reservations requires full payment to confirm the booking.
From the date of the original booking, you will be able to change or cancel the reservation without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival and/or departure date. Within the 72 hours, the full payment for the shuttle booking is non-refundable and changes are not permitted.
For all departure bookings from Big White to the Airport, if full contact details are not given at time of booking (including full on-mountain address and phone number), you will be responsible for contacting Central Reservations with these details yourself. If this information is not obtained, you must be at Central Mountain Check-in 15 minutes prior to departure for pick-up.
Please note, pets are not permitted on shuttles with the exception of registered service dogs.
*There are no refunds for unused portions of your booking.
To ensure your reservation has been booked accurately, we ask that you carefully review your confirmation to ensure the following information is correct:
* Dates of Travel
* Flight information
* Shuttle times for arrival and/or departure.
* Contact information (including address/unit number/phone number)
If there are any details which are not correct, please contact us as soon as possible to make the appropriate changes.
