Big White Central Reservations Booking and Cancellation Policies

Prize Letter Reservations Made Outside 30 Days of Arrival:

From the date of the original booking, Prize Letter bookings can be moved or cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival. (ie if you book your reservation on October 1 for December 10, you will have up until November 10 to cancel).
Prize letters are non-transferable or redeemable for cash and are subject to availability.
Prize letters are valid for the 2024/2025 winter season only and exclude the following dates unless stated differently on your prize letter: December 20, 2024 to January 2, 2025, February 14 - 20, 2025 and March 7 – 22, 2025. Valid until end of 2024/2025 winter season.
Unused portions of your prize letter booking cannot be used for any other bookings with Big White Central Reservations.
The minimum age to rent a unit is 21 years old, except Bullet Creek Cabins, Copper Kettle Lodge, Towering Pines and Pinnacles which are a minimum of 25 years old, Grizzly Lodge which is 24 years old, Aspens which is a minimum of 30 years old and Stonebridge Lodge which is a minimum of 23 years old (Each adult must be over the age of 23, except in a family group containing multiple generations of related individuals).
Upon check-in all guests are required to provide the credit card used for their booking as a security deposit pre-authorization of the first nights room charge. Please note a pre-authorization is not an additional charge, rather a hold on funds as a security deposit which is then released back on your credit card following check-out.
