Our Story
At Dizzy’s, we believe that the right fit can make all the difference on the slopes. With years of experience, our dedicated team provides personalized service to ensure that every customer leaves with the perfect fit.

Starting in the back corner of Ski Dazzle many years ago, Dizzy’s is excited to unveil our newly renovated store in the Big White Village. This updated location allows us to serve more customers than ever, giving them the comfort and confidence to fully enjoy their mountain experience. We invite you to stop by and explore our iconic boot museum.

SERVICES

Custom Bootfitting
Our specialized bootfitting process ensures a perfect fit tailored to your unique foot shape and riding style. Utilizing the latest 3D foot scanning technology, along with a detailed assessment of your foot and lower limbs, our expert bootfitters will help select the ideal boot for your needs. For the very best experience, Dizzy's recommends a custom footbed. Built in-house during your appointment & made to support your foot, custom footbeds help to alleviate any pains, correct foot abnormalities & reduce risk of injury.

Are your old boots giving you trouble? Bring them in, and our knowledgeable staff will do their best to improve the fit. If we can’t make them work, we’ll guide you in the right direction for your next pair.
Do you struggle with cold feet? We can install heaters into your boots plus we have a great range of heated socks. Ask us about our heated gloves and mid-layers too!

Ski and Snowboard Demo Program
We offer a fantastic range of skis and boards for all skill levels from many of the industry’s leading brands, including Armada, Atomic, Blizzard, Elan, Head, Jones, K2, Never Summer, Nitro, Nordica, Rome, Salomon, Volkl, YES, and more.

Our “try before you buy” option allows you to compare multiple skis or boards in the same day. If you purchase new skis within 7 days of your rental, we’ll deduct the cost of a one-day High Performance Ski/Board rental from your purchase price.

Dizzy’s is also well-stocked with luggage and tuning options to ensure your new equipment gets home safely and stays in top shape for years to come!

• RETURN POLICY

  We will happily return or exchange any unused item, subject to the following conditions:

  • goods must be accompanied by original proof of purchase
  • goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • goods will be only credited/refunded in the same manner as the initial payment
  • goods must be accompanied by original tags and packaging
  • goods that are deemed to have a manufacturer’s defect will be exchanged or returned at our absolute discretion
  • goods on sale cannot be returned or exchanged – they are final sale

  
  Facemasks and balaclavas are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
  We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the return criteria.
