Big White Central Reservations Check-In Information

Greetings from Big White Ski Resort,

Your getaway to our beautiful mountain resort is quickly approaching, and we want to ensure you know the ins and outs from check-in to check-out.

Check in time:     4:00pm
Check out time: 10:00am

 

INN AT BIG WHITE
Upon your arrival at Big White, please proceed to the 24-hour check-in desk at the Inn at Big White, located at 5370 Big White Road (on your left after the bridge and opposite the Plaza Chairlift).

SUNDANCE RESORT
Arrival between 8am and Midnight: Upon your arrival at Big White, please proceed to the check-in desk at Sundance Resort, located at 255 Feathertop Road (turn right on to Feathertop after the switchback, just before the Bullet Chairlift, Sundance is on your left).

Arrival between Midnight and 8am: Upon your arrival at Big White, please proceed to the 24 hour check in desk at our NEW Central Reservations building, NOW located in Happy Valley, at 300 Happy Valley Road (turn right in to Happy Valley, after passing the Plaza, Ridge Rocket and Snowghost Chairlifts, you will see us on your right).

ALL OTHER ACCOMMODATION
All condominiums, Stonebridge Lodge, Bullet Creek & Woodcutter Cabins, Chateau Big White & White Crystal Inn guests

Upon your arrival at Big White, please proceed to the 24-hour Central Mountain Check-In desk at our NEW Central Reservations building, NOW located in Happy Valley, at 300 Happy Valley Road (turn right into Happy Valley, after passing the Plaza, Ridge Rocket and Snowghost Chairlifts, you will see us on your right).

A registration card is required to be completed and a security deposit pre-authorization, equivalent to the first night’s rate, is required at time of check in. Please present the original credit card used to make your booking. If you are a booked through a travel trade professional, the lead guest (your name on the reservation) will need to present your credit card and supporting ID.

Make the most out of your stay!

• Most accommodation has either a communal hot tub or private hot tub for your use. Inn at Big White, Stonebridge Lodge and Sundance Resort also have communal pools, so don't forget your bathing suits! There is no refund or discount if the communal hot tub or pool is closed during regular operating hours for repairs, maintenance or extreme weather.
• Free WIFI available. We hope you don’t have to work, but if you do what better place to work from!
• Enjoy the clean air, all properties are smoke free! BC Law requires anyone smoking or vaping to do so at least 6 meters from any entryway or building intake. 
• All units are owned by people like you and me. We ask that you please treat the properties with the same respect as your own home!
• Your ski locker is the perfect spot to store your skis and snowboards, please don’t bring them inside the units.
• Did you know that Big White has some of the cleanest, freshest water in the world! Bring your refillable bottles and fill up in your condo or at one of our water stations and help reduce our footprint
• Never be late again, at least not at Big White! Full Hours of Operation at Big White
• Get the shopaholics to do your shopping for you! Vacation Foods will shop, deliver and even put your groceries away ready for your arrival! Offering grocery, liquor and other specialties. If you have a shopaholic in your family, check out all of our retail stores. Big White is also home to The Market, a grocery and liquor store located in the village centre.
• Tiny Tourist specializes in everything baby; cribs, highchairs, playpens, baby gates and much more, meaning you don’t have to bring it all with you, they will deliver to Big White
• Superior service with a smile at Big White! Check out all of our On Mountain Services and get to know the mountain before you even arrive!
• Book a Free Mountain Tour and one of our Snow Hosts will show you the best ski and snowboarding spots on the mountain!
• Concerned about luggage delays?  Why not put a Luggage Tracker in your bag!

To replenish your in room supplies, simply scan the QR code in your check in package or on the back of your door. Let us know what you need and our team will come and drop everything off to your unit.
