Gift Cards can now be used online in our eStore.

Gift cards can be redeemed for a variety of products and services at Big White including:

Lift Tickets
Season Passes
Tubing Tickets
Ski & Board School
Central Reservations Accommodations (redeem by phone)
Retail Stores: Altitude, Mountainside, The Rider, Dizzy’s (in person only)
Rentals: Skis, Snowboard, Nordic, Snowshoes, Skates & Clothing
Activities: Dog sled tours, Horse sleigh ride, Dinner Sleigh tours, Snowmobile tours, Kelowna (redeem at the Activities Desk or by phone)
Rockets Hockey (redeem at the Activities Desk or by phone)
Resort Food & Beverage Outlets (Happy Valley Cafeteria, Black Forest Day Lodge, Moonlight Bistro at the Gem Lake Warming Hut, The Woods Restaurant + Bar and Clocktower Coffee Co.)
Please note: gift cards must be exchanged at the Village Centre Mall ticket desk ahead of time if you wish to use them at our Food & Beverage outlets.

On Mountain at the Ticket Desk in the Village Centre Mall

For mail delivery: Gift cards $250 or more will incur a $20 registered mail fee.
