RETURN POLICY
We will happily return or exchange any unused item, subject to the following conditions:
- goods must be accompanied by original proof of purchase
- goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase
- goods will be only credited/refunded in the same manner as the initial payment
- goods must be accompanied by original tags and packaging
- goods that are deemed to have a manufacturer’s defect will be exchanged or returned at our absolute discretion
- goods on sale cannot be returned or exchanged – they are final sale
Facemasks and balaclavas are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the return criteria.
