New - Adult Freeride Program |
This program is perfect for intermediate to advanced skiers and snowboarders who want to improve their skills while exploring new terrain. The Adult Freeride Program spans 9 weeks and is available in half-day or full-day options over the weekend. Whether you feel your children have surpassed your skill level or you’re simply looking for a fun way to explore Big White’s vast terrain, this is the perfect opportunity to elevate your abilities this winter. |

New - Pre-Christmas Camps |
Kickstart your season with three days of expert instruction, fun, and progression! Whether you're a skier or snowboarder at level 4 or above, join like-minded individuals for our early-season camps on December 9-11 or December 16-18. Taught by our top Level 3 or 4 instructors, these camps focus on building confidence, enjoying early snow, and giving you skills to refine throughout the season. Each day features four hours of lessons, Monday to Wednesday, when the slopes are quiet and the snow is pristine—perfect conditions to sharpen your technique before the holiday rush. |

Women’s Ski/Snowboard Camp | |
This is an exclusive two-day camp where women can learn from top female ski and snowboard pros. Participants will improve their technique while enjoying the social aspect of the sport. Open to all levels, the camp includes three-hour lessons each day and a group lunch on Tuesday. | |

Freedom Fridays |
Calling all locals! Freedom Fridays is a new program created specifically for Kelowna locals, working professionals, and those with flexible schedules who want to improve their skiing or snowboarding skills. The program offers four consecutive Fridays of three-hour lessons with the same instructor, helping to build consistency and confidence on various terrains. |

Pros in Training |
For young skiers and snowboarders aged 14 to 18 who are considering becoming instructors, this 9-week program is an excellent opportunity. Meet Members of the Returning Team:
Mike Quinn, CSIA level 3 Instructor
A 25-year member of the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance, Mike has spent 15 winters at Big White and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. He enjoys teaching all levels and believes lessons should be safe, active, fun, technically focused, and student-centred, using terrain to enhance learning. Mike looks forward to welcoming old friends and new guests to share his love of skiing and the outdoors.
Steve "Nooner" Noon, CSIA level 3 Instructor
Steve "Nooner" Noon has been teaching skiing for 29 years, with experience in Switzerland, Italy, France, and Australia, and is now entering his 23rd season at Big White. A CSIA Level 3/Trainer, he's been leading CSIA Level 1 courses for 15 seasons. Steve creates a fun, client-focused learning environment, helping skiers improve technically and progress their skills.
Berne Watters, CSIA level 2 Instructor
Berne has been instructing at Big White's Snow School for 24 seasons, drawn back each year by the people and the incredible snow. His passion is teaching adults, whether it's introducing them to skiing or refining their skills. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, Berne will help you perfect your turns and enjoy the mountain to the fullest.
Judy Poole, CSIA level 2 Instructor
Judy, a charismatic and engaging instructor, has taught up to three generations of skiers at Big White for 18 seasons. Watching her work with beginners is pure magic—she quickly gets them turning, learning, and laughing. Though she's often fully booked with returning clients, she still enjoys leading programs like Masters Mondays and Ladies Day when she can.
