Our Commitment to Cleanliness
Housekeeping & Maintenance Information
We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously to ensure a clean and comfortable stay for all our guests. Your unit will be clean, fresh and ready for your arrival.
If you are staying 5 nights or more you will receive one mid-stay clean for every 5 nights you stay. This will be scheduled on arrival with our Front Desk Team.
We ask that you kindly adhere to our 10am check out time to allow us time to prepare for the next guests and provide our high level of cleanliness for every arrival.
Mid-Stay Cleans
Our Front Desk Team will connect with you on arrival to schedule mid-stay cleans for all stays of 5 nights or more. Once you are checked in, if you need further information or have any questions regarding your mid-stay clean(s) simply give us a call.
Extra in Room Supplies
We are pleased to offer you additional in room supplies during your stay at no extra cost.
Simply complete our form by using the QR code on your registration card or the back of your entrance door to place an order. Our team will bring the supplies to you as soon as possible.
Additional supplies include but are not limited to; Towels, Toilet Paper, Tissues, Tea, Coffee, Dish Soap, Dish Cloths & Towels.
Maintenance Information
All units are thoroughly checked prior to your arrival, however should unexpected maintenance issues occur during your stay we've got you covered! Please use the QR code to report any small maintenance items right away and our in house maintenance team will be happy to assist you! Of course if you have a larger issue please call us as soon as possible.

Service Fee
The Service Fee is a one-time fee applied to all bookings, covering all services provided by Big White Central Reservations, including but not limited to; reservations, housekeeping, bellman and front desk services

- Need to amend your booking? We are available Monday to Friday in the off season and 7 days a week during the winter season and always happy to help
- First timer or want to improve your skiing or boarding? We provide a Group Lesson Guarantee for everyone booked by October 22, 2024
