2024/25 Big White Ski & Board School Refund & Cancellation Policies

Group Programs

Including: Group Lessons, Discover, Next Step, Never Ever Days, Secret Stashes, Park Chics, Park Chics Jr, Ladies Day, Masters Monday, Learn & Turn, Tot Town Daycare and Daycare Plus

Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can be rescheduled, at no penalty, for another available date during the 2024/2025 season, with at least 24 hours’ notice
Rescheduling is not permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
A refund request due to illness or injury will only be considered with a valid medical certificate.
No shows will forfeit the amount paid and are not eligible for reschedule.

Black Friday Sale Discounted Group Lessons

Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cannot be rescheduled. The lesson dates selected at the time of booking are final and cannot be rescheduled or changed for any reason.
A refund request due to illness or injury will only be considered with a valid medical certificate.
No shows will forfeit the amount paid and are not eligible for reschedule.

Private Programs

Including: Private Lessons, Teach Your Tot, First Tracks, Adaptive Private Lessons, Nordic Private Lessons, Snowshoe Tours

No refunds will be issued for missed lessons due to weather conditions.
A reschedule or refund request with more than 72 hours notice will incur a $30 (+ tax) admin fee.
No refund or reschedule is permitted within 72 hours of the lesson start time, unless due to a medical issue supported by a valid medical certificate.
No refund or reschedule is permitted after the lesson scheduled start time.

Special Programs & Camps

Including: Freeride Club (Adult & Kids), Teen Ski/Snowboard Program, Pros in Training, CSIA Level 1 & 2 Pre-courses, Women’s Camps, Men’s Camps, Masters Week, Freedom Fridays, Australian Race Camps

No refunds will be issued for missed lessons due to weather conditions.
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the program start date to receive a full refund.
After this date, cancellations or rescheduling due to illness or injury will only be considered with a valid medical certificate.
Any changes to your booking may incur an admin fee.
