Dates & Hours

Q: What are the dates of the 2023 summer season?
A: Opening day is scheduled to be Thursday, June 29, 2023. The final day of the summer season is scheduled to be Labour Day Monday, September 4, 2023.

Lost, forgotten, or replacement passes

Q: Can I get a replacement pass if I lose or damage mine?
A: Yes. Please visit the ticket office. A new waiver will have to be signed and a $20 card fee will be charged.

Waiver & Privacy Policy Information

Q: Can I sign the waiver online?
A: No. all summer passholders must sign a liability waiver in person at the ticket office. Please note passholders under 19 will need a parent present to sign the waiver on their behalf.

Q: How do I see a copy of the waiver?
A: A PDF version of the release of liability waiver can be found HERE. For viewing purposes only. Will not be accepted if printed and not signed in front of a Big White tickets staff member.

Pass Purchase, Collection, and Renewal

Q: When are biking season passes available for purchase?
A: Passes can be purchased from March 3 to September 4th.

Q: Can I purchase my pass online?
A: Yes, passes can be purchased online or in person.

Q: How much are summer season passes?
A: Pricing can be viewed HERE.

Q: Can I pay for my pass with a payment plan?
A: No. Unfortunately due to the short season we are unable to offer a payment plan.

Q: Where can I pick up my pass?
A: Passes can be picked up at the Kelowna office or mountain. Hours of Operation >>

Q: Do I need a pass photo?
A: Yes. If you are reloading we can use your existing photo. For new passholders you can upload a photo online or have one taken in person.

Q: Can I go straight to the lift after I purchase my pass online?
A: No. All passholders must come to the ticket office to sign a liability waiver and have their pass activated.

Q: Do summer passholders get any discounts?
A: Yes passholders get the following discounts:

Buddy Days – 2 x 50% off ticket for a friend, redeemable Thursday, Friday and Mondays
2 x 50% off Scenic Chairlift Ride tickets
The Woods – 15% off all season long
Altitude – 10% off retail all season long
15% off bike servicing all season long
